REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Exicube App Solutions (OPC) Private Limited for your app development needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and services. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand our guidelines.

1. Responsibilities

1.1 Delivery and Installation

When you purchase the app source code from us, we promise to deliver the source code and provide assurance on setting up the app within 30 days of your purchase. This includes ensuring a smooth installation process and guidance on publishing the app to the Apple and Google app stores.

1.2 Client Responsibilities

​

To ensure a smooth installation process, it is important that you provide us with all the necessary access and information required for the installation and publishing of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, server access, app store developer account credentials, and any other relevant details.

2. Refund Policy

​

2.1 Prerequisites Deadline

​

No refund will be provided if you fail to provide the necessary access and information within the first 7 days of the purchase date. Timely fulfilment of these prerequisites is necessary to ensure the efficient delivery, installation, and commencement of project work for your app source code. The information will be emailed immediately or definitely within 24 hrs of the purchase. You can also find the same on the Website Forum FAQ.

2.2 Failed to Deliver the Service

​

If we are unable to deliver the app source code and complete the installation within 30 days of your purchase, and you have fulfilled your responsibility of providing us with the necessary access and information, you have the right to initiate a refund claim. Contact our customer support within 10 days from the expected delivery date to initiate the claim. Refund claims will not be eligible for any kind of reason after 40 days from the purchase date.

2.3 Refund Claim Process

To raise a refund claim, contact our customer support team at contact@exicube.com. Provide detailed information about your purchase, including order number and the reason for your claim. Additional information or documentation might be necessary to process your claim.

2.4 Refund Processing

​

Once we receive your refund claim, we will review it and notify you of the status and any further actions required. If your claim is approved and the refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process within 15 days using the original payment method whenever possible. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account due to bank or payment processor processing times.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client

​

You can request cancellation of the order only if you have not downloaded the app source code, and the request is made within 48 hours of the purchase. If these conditions are met, a full refund will be processed.

3.2 Cancellation by Exicube

We may cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances like shortage of staff, office closure due to local issues, and other unavoidable situations. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

4. Applicability and Additional Customisations

​

4.1 Additional Customisations

​

Refunds are not applicable to the purchase of app source code, especially when additional customisations or alterations are ordered, on the process of development or delivered.

4.2 Acceptance of Customisation Requests

​

We retain the full rights to accept and refuse any additional customisation requests which are not part of general installation process. These requests are not governed by the terms of this refund policy, and any such acceptance or refusal to accept and customisation requests are not associated to any kind of refund of App source code purchase.

4.3 Other Payments and Customisation

​

Payments made for any customisation or alterations are not covered by this policy and will not be related to app source code sales and delivery. Policies on such additional work will depend on the terms agreed on email communication done as per cases to case basis.

5. Changes to the Refund and Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review this policy periodically for any updates. Your continued use of our products and services after any modifications to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
