It is only limited to Questions and Answers arising while the following documentation or guide for any unexpected error while doing the setup.

Exicube Apps sold from codecanyon.net does not come with any dedicated support. But we provide answer to questions on issues faced during installations.
We provide support to only those who are verified clients registered on Exicube Members Area and also registered their product details with us in the Envato Licenses page. Kindly register at Exicube Website https://exicube.com. Use the chat after validating your purchase code.
The future updates of codecanyon.net is free for lifetime, but it does not mean lifetime support assistance for setup issues for all the future updates. We will only support the setup issues of the first purchased version within a period of 30 days. If any new version comes out in the period of 30 days, we will support the latest version.
Support is Questions and Answer based only on chat or email. Screenshots are best way to explain errors.
Remote Desktop, or support on coding is not part of this support.
We are not available on Phone, WhatsApp, or Skype.
We do not work 24 hours and we always have a long list of customer queries. Please wait for our response. We will reply within 36 hours. Posting multiple times or posting at multiple places will not escalate matters. We will continue to answer one by one. Everybody is equally important to us. We will not be able to support those who are posting requests at several places.
Updating the Apps is not part of Support.
Apple app store and Google play store publishing is not part of support.
You can customise the App as you will. But we do not support any queries on customisations. Customisations, tips/queries on code, and errors leading from attempted customisations are not part of the support.
Exicube apps are always under development. These are very actively developed solutions with frequent releases. There may be possibility of bugs/errors present which will be taken care in next update when reported.
We provide paid customisation and support services if we are free to take extra work
Editing and Deleting of Admin Pages like Cart Types, Prices, Promos, etc are disabled in Admin Portal for Demo purposes.
Features like Email Verification, Agent Approval and Ride OTP are disabled for Demo purposes.
Above mentioned disabled features in Demo will be enabled in your downloaded source code.
Downloaded code will have placeholder images instead of ready logo and brands used.
We always try to keep all the screenshots everywhere updated but always refer to the Demo App for the current updates. The source code given will be exactly same as the current running version of Demo App.
Setup and Installation requires technical background. Knowledge on React Native and Firebase is preferred.
The solutions requires paid Firebase and Google API accounts.
