REFUND POLICY

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the terms of Refund of payments made for purchases of Products and Services made directly on this website, exicube.com

General Terms

1. Refund requests for any products or services directly sold on exicube.com must be placed within 3 days from the date of purchase. 

2. Products or Services linked from 3rd party websites in exicube.com are not eligible under this refund policy. Any such 3rd party product or service will have their own refund policy in their website. e.g. codecanyon.net

3. There will be no refund given for any requests placed after 3 days. 

4. All requests should be emailed to contact@exicube.com.

5. Any charges or deductions made by the Payment providers and gateways will not be refunded.

Digital Product Refund Terms

1. There is no refund for order created by mistake in the case of digital products because you already have access to the product.

2. Any digital products purchased on exicube.com website will only be refunded when proven that it does not work as demonstrated on the Demo Apps on the App stores. Always check the Demo Apps before purchase.

3. Exicube Team will investigate the matter within 48 hours of a request to validate the authenticity of the request..

Services Refund Terms

1. We will refund you for any service purchased directly on exicube.com, if you do not wish to take the service anymore or created the order by mistake. The general terms from above section will apply.

2. There will be no refund given if we have already started the work.

3. There is no part refund. e.g. You are not able to provide Apple developer account. We will complete the Google playstore deploy in that case and there will be no partial refund for the Apple part.
