Shift

Rotational shifts, including night coverage for overseas clients

You will be the person who gets a client's ride-hailing or delivery platform live — and keeps it running. Deploy their instance, configure it for their market, and be the first responder when something breaks.

What you'll do

Deploy and configure client instances of the Exicube platform — servers, containers, environments, app builds.
Take new clients through onboarding: branding, settings, dispatch rules, payment gateways, and go-live.
Be first responder on support tickets — reproduce, diagnose, resolve, escalate what you can't.
Write and maintain setup documentation and troubleshooting runbooks.
Feed recurring issues back to engineering so they stop recurring.

Who we're looking for

Graduate from any technical background — B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (CS or IT) or equivalent.
Batch of 2023 to 2026. Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
Clear written and spoken English — you will deal directly with clients in several countries.
Based in or able to commute daily to Madhyamgram.
Willing to work rotational shifts, including night coverage for overseas time zones.
