You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the services.

 

9. Force Majeure:

The Company is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its control, such as acts of God, war, government regulations, or natural disasters. During such events, obligations are suspended. The affected party will notify the other, and upon event cessation, the Company will resume obligations or terminate services without liability. Force Majeure does not excuse payment obligations. Claims must be communicated promptly in writing.

In the event of a user's breach of any terms outlined in this agreement, non-payment of associated fees, violation of applicable laws, engagement in abusive or disruptive behavior, concerns regarding the security of the services, unauthorized access, failure to comply with specified policies, or extended inactivity, the Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the user's access to the services without prior notice.

 

14.2 Termination by User:

You may terminate your account and discontinue using our services at any time. Any outstanding fees or obligations will still apply upon termination.

 

15. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kolkata, India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.

 

16. Changes to the Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
